Description
I found that the majority of pegboard components I've found online are aimed at 3/16" diameter holes, but my pegboard is closer to ¼" - which means although these smaller designs fit, they tend to be very loose - and fall off easily whenever I am picking up one of my tools. So I modified an existing design to create a new Standard which I will use to build more specific tool-holders/supports for my board! This is the most basic peg I've put together. It prints rapidly and the slight angle in the hook provides both extra strength, and a natural push for any hanging tools to slide toward the board. It also fits very snugly in ¼" diameter holes, at 1" spacing, and don't budge when I move tools off/on them. I've started creating a number of more specialized tool holders from this Standard design, and I'll post them as soon as I'm confident that they're reliable to print and use. I've prepped two .gcode files for the Prusa Mini, one for a single peg, and one with them rotated and interlocked to maximize the batch size to 24. You may be able to fit more onto the bed, but that's as far as I've pushed it. I hope you find these useful!
