Description
Satisfying to touch, Satisfying to rattle, Satisfying to declare your independence with them. Printing: - Banners: Use at least 2mm of brim or a full solid first layer under them! Use Z-hop (I used 1mm)! Decrease retraction length (I used 0.2mm for a direct drive). Decrease printing speed. - Shaft: Use a brim (i used 5mm)! You might need to scale it up along the XY axis about 7-10% to ensure a tight fit (I scaled it up about 10%). Be careful if you plan to remove the brims from the banner — the links break easily. I left them on and they are still very flexible. Assembly: You will need: A banner The shaft The banner pole The topper Instructions: Slide the banner onto the shaft. Place the shaft with the banner into the banner pole. If you are using the nonslip pole, keep the 2 outer rings/links of the banner at the 2 edges of the shaft when installing it on the pole. This will prevent the banner shifting on the shaft left and right. Put the banner pole onto the topper. Arm any of your pencils with it — have fun! Updates: 2025/10/26: Added a Nonslip variant of the banner pole. It prevents the banner moving on the shaft left and right.
