Persenninghaken

Persenninghaken - Haken für Bootsplane Ein Freund hatte mich gefragt, ob ich die Persenninghaken für sein Boot nachbauen und drucken kann, da es diese nicht zu kaufen gibt. Ich habe mit einem Bleistift den Haken nachgezeichnet und eingescannt. In Gimp habe ich die Innenfläche manuell nachbearbeitet (siehe persenninghaken.png). Das Ergebnis habe ich in Inkscape importiert und per "Pfad/Bitmap nachzeichnen" in ein Vektorobjekt umgewandelt. Dann noch über "Pfad/Vereinfachen" die Kanten optimiert. Das Ergbnis als SVG-Datei (siehe persenninghaken.svg) gespeichert. Mit OpenScad (siehe persenninighaken.scad) die SVG-Datei importiert, extrudiert und die Aussparung für den Niet ausgeschnitten. Das Ergbnis als STL-Datei exportiert. Gedruckt habe ich die Haken mit einem Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro in silberfarbenen PETG. Die Haken haben bereits das erste Jahr gut überstanden. Tarpaulin hooks - Hooks for boat tarpaulins A friend asked me if I could replicate and print the tarpaulin hooks for his boat, as they are not available to buy. I traced the hook with a pencil and scanned it. In Gimp, I manually edited the inner surface (see tarpaulin hook.png). I imported the result into Inkscape and converted it into a vector object using "Path/Trace Bitmap." Then I optimized the edges using "Path/Simplify." I saved the result as an SVG file (see persenninghaken.svg). I imported the SVG file into OpenScad (see persenninighaken.scad), extruded it, and cut out the recess for the rivet. I exported the result as an STL file. I printed the hooks with an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro in silver-colored PETG. The hooks have already survived their first year well.
