Description
This is a simple collar holder for the PetSafe Smart Door RFID Tag. We kept loosing tags. The little metal loops seemed to fail and they are very difficult to find once they fell off. The would often get tangled up or torn off during play. This allows you to have the tag against or behind the color to keep it protected and less likely to get torn off. We keep ours on the underside of the collar. My settings: TPU Walls: 4 (so the loops have no infil. They need to be solid) Infill: 25% Print speed: 15mm/s (Very slow. Especially for the bridges over the rfid tag) Resolution: .2mm (the dog print emboss is .2mm high.) Use a torch/flame to clean up strings and help anneal the layers for a stronger bond. You will need to pause the print at the last layer before the top layers are put down. Place the RFID tag inside and print.
