Description
The plug of the original make seem to be 40.9mm in diameter, while the actual hole in the bottle screw on lid is 40.85mm. This means it does not fit loosely and you would have to force it in, shaving of plastic from the actual screw on lid. Not sure if this due to to manufacturing differences/tolerances, my bottles were bought in Europe... Anyway, I adjusted the dimensions to better fit the original stopper, which is much looser (40.5-40.6mm) and threw in a few extra fillets to reduce the sharp edges. Measure your original bottle lids/stoppers before printing is the lesson here I guess. The FreeCAD file is included in case you want to customize... Also, these work well on the plastics bottles as is, however if you are using the glass bottles like I dooo, you will need some extra prep work for the stopper to seal well on the glass, otherwise it unscrew basically by itself. What I did was sand down the to lip of the glass that meets with the stopper with 80 grit sand paper. You could also try applying some food safe silicone or epoxy coating to the surface of the stopper. Printed on Ender 3 S1, print profile is uploaded.
