Pieces fit together snugly, but to avoid problems with tolerances do the following: Print the board first. Print single wall piece and check the fit. If needed, adjust the thickness (without changing the width or height) of the wall. Print total of 20 wall pieces. Print the pawns in two (or four) different colors. Four wall loops and no brim should do nicely. If needed, adjust their diameter without changing the height. Only the round pawns are absolutely necessary, the function of square ones can be found in Q&A section below.
