Pico MMU Mount for 2040 Extrusion

I wanted to use Janusz's Pico MMU mount but it didn't support my Mercury ZeroOne Plus frame. So I tinkered with his mounting plate and adjusted for 2040. You will still need his “A Plate R1," “Arm Front” and “Lid Riser” files. If you are like me, you won't require any of the other parts as you won't be mounting your Pico MMU to a K1 MAX!
