Description

Credits: This is a complete redesign of my previous remix (2021) of the great design by printfutura (2019) inspired by Jambeetle (2017) inspired by pmoews (2016). Open source is really great! :D Description This is a rotating magnetic case to hold pills for a week, it has a label for each day. The use of magnets makes this case really easy to rotate and it will satisfyingly snap to the right slot each time you rotate it. There is a blank spot in the case where the top opening rests. Variants: Compact (For small to medium pills) - Shown in the pictures Medium (For medium to large pills) Large (For very big pills or many medium ones) 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Bill of material You need 3x3mm magnets from 10 (for an extremely weak snap) up to 16 (for a very strong snap). A 3mm drill bit to finish the magnet holes Assembly IMPORTANT : Check the orientation of the magnet before you insert them into the print, if you put them in the wrong direction the whole thing will not work :) (And it's basically impossible to get them out!) Note : At least one side needs to have all magnets otherwise you will get no magnets contact in some slots :) Finish the magnet holes with a 3mm drill bit for a snug press fit. ALWAYS CHECK THE MAGNET ORIENTATION :D Start by adding all the magnets to the top lid and then adding just two on the case, then add more until you are happy with the strength. (I settled with 14). (Optional) You can use a permanent marker or nail polish to make the day of the week letter more visible. Print instructions Infill : Standard 15% standard Thickness : Standard 2 perimeters Layer height : 0.15mm on 0.4mm nozzle Support : None
