Pinecil insert with tip holder in cable compartment for Rugged V2 Case

Remix of @AnnTOnnn_2575937 Pinecil insert with tip holder in the cable compartment for @PjotrStrog Rugged Multipart Pinecil/TS100/TS80 Case (V2). I liked the design, but the original insert was for the older V1 case, so I did a quick-and-dirty merge and resize to the new case insert dimensions.
