Pinecil / TS100 8x tip storage insert for "Rugged Multipart Pinecil Case V2"

Updates 11/2025: Added a version for third party tips with 4.0 mm shank size (thin section directly behind the heating element at the front). The original Pine64 short tips come in 3.65 mm shank size, as do many third party options. But some manufacturers switched to 4.0 mm, which don't fit the orignal model of this insert. The 4.0 mm version might also work well enough with the original Pine64 tips, but this is untested. Description A redesign of the original insert for the " Rugged Multipart Pinecil Case V2 " (large version) with space for a total of 8 tips. After printing the 7 tip version , I realized that I miscalculated and needed more storage. This design is the solution to that problem. The insert offers enough space for up to 8 long and/or short tips for the Pinecil, TS100 or TS101. The rear clamps open up towards the center of the case, allowing you to insert the tips at an angle of ~30°. This results in less force being applied to the somewhat brittle plastic rear section of the tips. Tolerances are important for this print. If there is overextrusion or similar problems, the clamps might get too tight. Feedback on this is welcome.
