PL1/2Q Carbon fibre tube arm modification

Another modification for the arms of the PL1Q Vampire / PL2Q Hugin quadcopter to allow 12mm OD carbon fibre tube to be used instead of the 3D printed arms. I have also added a 5mm hole in the motor mount for a LED to be fixed into. The carbon fibre tube will need attaching to the 3D printed ends with either CA or epoxy resin making sure that they are aligned properly. The parts should fit either the PL1Q Vampire or PL2Q Hugin without any modifications needed.
