Plastic Bolt & Nut For Radius Gauge

[ WARNING ] This model needs tight tolerances. (Parts might not fit if you have any elephant's foot, as it makes the inside of nuts narrower) This design assumes your covers are 20mm apart. (Each radius plate is supposed to be 0.95mm thick. If your plates are printed too thick, you won't have enough space to fit all 20 of them.) The nut has the bottom side a bit carved out to help mitigate elephant's foot. Make sure you have that side down while printing. Print in the photo was printed on my Ender 3 modified with Sprite extruder.
