Description

A compact, snap‑latch storage case designed specifically for standard playing cards. Please like if you download or print it! The internal volume is 20 mm (W) × 65 mm (L) × 90 mm (H). It fits standard cards very well, leaving about 1.5 mm of clearance on all sides. The model is 100% plastic, no need for screws or anything... you DO need to use a bit of regular 1.75mm filament, as the hinge pins and snap latch thing. Everything works smoothly, and the latch has a delightfully snappy feel. The STLs are made to that they ptin as is, withteh top and bottom parts on the bed - no supports are required. There is a version where all three parts print together, and you can also download each part separately. (you can print them separately and add a brim to the small locking latch to make sure it wouldn’t come off the bed) After printing, you’ll need to insert pieces of filament where required for the hinges and latch - 3 bits in total. You may need to drill the holes slightly to get the right fit—I erred on the side of making them tight. I’m also sharing the Fusion 360 file.
