PS2 Kiosk Controller Mounting Brackets (Replica Set) This is a 3-piece rigid mounting bracket set per controller designed to interface with the TPU flexible extension component from “PlayStation 2 Kiosk Controller Mounts – 4834510” on Thingiverse. These parts were modeled from scratch based on the original OEM metal PlayStation 2 kiosk controller brackets, as accurate printable versions of these specific bracket components were not previously available. The geometry and mounting layout closely replicate the factory steel brackets used in retail PS2 kiosk displays. Each controller requires: 3 rigid printed bracket components (PLA or PETG recommended) 1 TPU flexible extension piece (from the referenced Thingiverse model "PlayStation 2 Kiosk Controller Mounts - 4834510") On the side that connects to the TPU extension, I added a heat-set M4x10x6 bronze threaded insert. This allows the use of M4-0.7 x 10mm metric socket cap screws, matching the OEM hardware style and improving strength and long-term durability over direct plastic threads. The brackets are designed to securely mount kiosk controllers while maintaining the original hardware positioning and functionality of the factory PS2 retail display units.
