Description
Redesigned the Pokemon Pokeball box to be slightly thinner, as the original design had air-gaps, and wanted to use less plastic. The thin box uses the same 4 walls instead of 4, but adjusted them to hopefully be perfect dimensions for 4 walls equally snug together. But also made it different by eventually including multiple lengths as well. NB! It's still in prototype/testing phase, so any feedback is welcome, as i'm not used to making variations based on other printers/tolerances. So i highly recommend tuning flow to not overextrude, as these prototype files are all tuned to be nice and flush on my heavily modified ender 3 pro. I have cad setup for several sizes and variations, planned for pro-fit inner sleeve _____________________ What is so far printed and tested on my own printer: --- Card box to hold 100 pro-fit inner sleeved cards with no pressure put on the cards with a few mm tolerance between box and cards. ___________________________ What is designed ready for testing: --- double, triple, quadruple length boxes. they will be adjusted to sit flush against smaller boxes. ___________________________ what is planned: --- A smaller box to fit 1 deck of 60 cards. including a variant with magnets to hold the lid better during travels to battles.
