Description
This uses the DDD Printable Wall Control System ( github ) to mount tweezers onto a wall control surface. This is meant to fit the smaller sizes of tweezers, such as the iFixIt brand. I used PLA with 20% gyroid infill and no support required. Keep the orientation with the bottom surface on the bed so that the tweezer slots won't require bridging. For the sidepieces I used the 3x0 Flat ( Left and Right ) models. Then use four 4x10x8mm pins to attach the sidepieces and the mount (you probably don't need all 6!). If you'd like to secure from vertical movement, use the 4x0 Flat sidepieces and then also print a locking spacer of the same width to mount above or below the mount. Then print a threaded pin to secure the spacer. I print the threaded pin at 97% size in X-Y dimensions to thread it more easily. I have also mounted this on 1" wood pegboard using the sidepieces in this model .
