Description

Following the GREAT Presence One by @ Everything Smart Home tried to build a sensor myself that covers my needs while looking to do it for cheap. Took his models and tweaked to fit my electronics, didn't want to use hot glue or screws so I've added some “clips” to hold things in place. I've used an ESP32 DevKit V1 micro-controller, an LD1115H for presence sensor and a BH1750 as light sensor, some features are missing like distance configuration for the presence detection. You may need to use a small screwdriver (phillips or torx) to make some of the clip holes a little bigger in order to fit in. I recommend to use non welded components since the pins will prevent them to fit in easy, If you have some laying around with already welded jumper pins, cut them off a little bit using pliers and solder your cables there. For model files for the ball joint, lock nut and stands refer to the original model to get them. To print , use your standard settings, I've used SUNLU PLA+ white in my old anycubic i3 mega, printed great, the front cover needed some supports only for the circuit pins (check the slicer screenshot). Nozzle temp 205º, bed temp 60º, infill 10%, everything else as default. All parts except the stand printed in less than 3 hours.
