Description
3D and 2D digital files of bending tooling. Ideal for engineering, training, CNC simulation, 3D printing, and technical development. If 3D printed, I recommend it for: Small-scale production Bending tests Prototyping Training Recommended for use on DD steels from 30 to 18 gauge. If bending stainless steel, we recommend thicknesses no greater than 0.8 mm. The material I used for testing is PETG with 15% carbon fiber and 100% infill. You could experiment with other infill percentages and materials.
