Description
I need hinges for the Laser Cut Stackable 3D Filament Holder I am designing. I had a set of small metal hinges that I used for the prototype, but no idea where or when I bought the originals so I designed these hinges in Fusion 360. The model is made up of two parts that print in a single STL file and work right off the print bed. No supports are needed. Two versions are available depending on the fasteners you will use: print-in-place hinge v11 - for flat bottomed screws or bolts print-in-place hinge v11 countersink - for wood screws expecting a counter sunk hole Both #6 and #8 screws fit, the length depends on what you are attaching them to. For my filament holder made of 1/8" board, I'm using #6-½" with washers and nuts. For other print-in-place hinge sizes, check out my collection: EcoDad's Print-in-place Hinges Collection .
