We are producing about 100 a day on 4 printers Revision 1 • Modified width to be compatible with standard Ender 3 Key difference with RC3 • 5mm total height • Optimised for speed: about 30 minutes to 1 hr each • Adapted to fit A4 or A3 sheets, with no changes in dimensions of RC3 • Experimental stacking: tested 20 batches Files Stack of 6: estimated print time 5 hours (record: 3 hrs) Stack of 11: estimated print time 9 hours (record: 6 hrs) Only print the stack of 11 if your printer is enclosed and highly tuned. Higher risk of delamination 6 and above. Only print at 0.25mm layer height. Any other layer height will result in a fused solid print.
