I am not liable for the damage this causes you, just maybe try this if the rules for helmets aren't overly restrictive. But this may work well potentially if you print the shell in PC or PETG with the padding in TPU 95a. Keep in mind I'm working on a few projects and this hasn't currently exited the prototyping phase yet.
