Description

My core one kit door handle started to separate. Either I did something wrong or the adhesive strips failed very quickly. I saw the holes on the handle and thought it would be saner to have a threaded solution. Found chwiede 's design but wanted something a little different. So I threw a quick design in tinker cad togeher. I wanted solid threading so I went with a m3 x 4mm L x 5mm heat set insert. I ended up printing two of these out of ASA-GF with 30% Gyroid infill, 4 vertical shell perimeters , and 5 solid top and bottom layers. Likely overkill but solid print. Hardware. M3 BHCS or FHCS of appropriate length. M3 x 4mm L x 5mm heat set insert (voron standard). I used a M3 BHCS 8mm's as I had them on hand. The design allows for threading past the insert so use what screw you have with a low profile. Attaching bgcode for print estimate only. I have a wiper setup on my printer so use the bgcode at your own risk.
