Prusa MINI Raspberry Pi3 Case tweaked

Minor remix to add a slot so you can see the board LEDs. Also, opened up the lid around the USB connectors since the original was too tight for my Raspberry Pi 3. V3 - added a hole to the card slot to make it easier to get the SD card out with tweezers
