Prusa Mk4 - Heatbead cable support (Y Axis)

I've downloaded @Mecky1963 's version of the Mk3 support, remodeled it to be more robust, and tested it on my Mk4. When printed in PLA, it fits perfectly. However, PETG tends to be a bit loose. I achieved a good fit by using electrical tape on the inside where the supports are—this also protects the original heatbed cover.
