Prusa to Bambu Lab Reusable Spool Adapter

Problem solved: Prusa spools have a larger inner diameter than Bambu Lab refill filaments. This adapter bridges the gap perfectly. Why use this solution? ♻ Reuse empty Prusa spools instead of throwing them away 💰 Save money - no need to buy/print full Bambu Lab reusable spools ⚡ Fast print - uses half the filament and time compared to printing a complete spool 🔧 Simple assembly with cable ties Assembly Instructions: Prepare Prusa spool: Remove the cardboard tube from the center (tip: soak in water briefly to make removal easier). Keep both side discs. Insert cable ties: Place cable ties through the disc slots as shown in the photos. Attach adapter: Place one of the two printed adapters onto the disc. Secure connection: Tighten the cable ties to lock everything together. Repeat: Do the same with the second disc and adapter. Final assembly: Connect both discs together. Your converted spool is now ready for Bambu Lab refill filaments!
