Prusa XL Nozzle Wiper (with detachable waste compartment) Prusa XL nozzle wipe inspired by the models listed below: https://www.printables.com/model/678703-prusa-xl-tool-change-wiper-brush/files https://www.printables.com/model/1165279-prusa-xl-nozzle-wiper https://www.printables.com/model/821255-remixed-prusa-xl-tool-change-wiper-brush-floating Remade from scratch to include detachable waste compartment (with or without magnets) and areas around the brush for debris to fall through Uses half of a silicon brush of a bambo lab a1 mini or any brush of similar size (these were the cheapest easiest brushes I could find) Example Si brush here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DHDCZD8G?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Just cut them in half and they should work Magnet version There is a magnet insert version of the .stl Please use 6mmx2mm magnets if printing this design Example Magnet here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XK9ZMVQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 If using magnets you will need to pause in 2 sections to insert the magnets and continue with the print I used a small amount a glue during the pause, but most likely not needed Note: Remember to insert the magnets in the same direction to keep the polarity the same No Magnets The no magnet version will fill the areas where the magnet would go and requires no pauses ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I printed mine using PETG with magnets and it seem to work well - .4mm nozzle, layer height .2mm, print both top and bottom sections at once No supports needed Recommended PETG Two versions (with magnet inserts, and without) M3 or M4 10mm screws will work to attach to the back AL rod - I ended up using the filament holder M4nEs with a 10mm M4 to attach them in place Enjoy!
