Prusacaster Next Level

The Model is inspired by the original Prusacaster made by Mikolas Zuza. But I draw it from scratch to end on my own. There are parts for both versions (3- & 5 screw version of the pickup, only the bottom core part is different) of the harley benton E-Guitare kit from thomann: https://www.thomannmusic.ch/harley_benton_eguitar_kit_tstyle.htm There are only differences in the bottom main part. All Connections between the parts are made with screws, no glue is needed, but I used inserts for more comfort. The main core is printed with Prusament PETG and for the other parts I used PLA. All parts fit on a 250x250 print bed. I printed all parts with 6 wall-, bottom- and top layers. For better fit of the parts i recommend to use support structure. I used a layer hight of 0.12mm for the core and 0.2mm for the blue and white parts. There is also a basic version of the pick guard to make your e-guitare unique. On the next picture you see where inserts are needed and their sizes.
