PTFE MMU2 LACK Hole

This remix allows you to pass the PTFE tubes from the mmu through the plexiglass extenders on the back of the enclosure (or sides if you want) instead of drilling through the glass. To me this is a much better option as you don't drill the expensive plexiglass.
