Remake and upgrated of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5337071 Slicer & Printing Instructions Scale: I kept the original dimensions in the file, but I recommend scaling everything down to 0.80 (80%) in your slicer so that all parts fit on the build plate. IMPORTANT INFO (Pull Lever Fit): To ensure smooth operation and prevent jamming, the Pull Lever needs a small adjustment in the slicer. The Fix: Position the Pull Lever in CURA 0.25mm to 0.3mm below the print bed level (Z-offset). By pulling the part slightly below the build plate, the bottom slice is removed. This reduces the total thickness just enough to provide the perfect clearance, ensuring the lever moves freely without sticking. The toy is now even more robust, featuring a pull lever that is 40% thicker. I have also made it much easier to assemble and reload: The pull lever now remains integrated within the handle. This ensures that young children don't struggle with the resistance or positioning of the lever when the spring retracts. You will need a few drops of glue to secure the top cover plate during assembly. Tried and tested: My 20-month-old daughter loves it! She can easily reload the toy and pull it all by herself, over and over again.
