Description
Parts List : PTFE tube (stretch the PTFE before hand) 1 M3 screw for ptfe approx 20mm (stretch the PTFE before hand) 2x m3 screw approx 10mm for attaching to the printer 3x m3 nut Tape IMPORTANT: The STL file is slightly modified for easier assembly and usage from the one that I printed It is necessary to make it so that the purge filament moves down the chute, I used thermal tape and some vegetable oil >_< (EDIT: The vegetable oil stopped being a sufficient lubricant after some tiem and it actually made it stick more, some proffesional lubrication is probably a smart option or just replacing the tape and adding new vegetable oil every now and then :) )it works pretty well but also results in long lines of waste, I wasn't able to find a better solution though I also recommend the use of the stopper from the original model that I remixed I do have a purge bucket but I am working on a 2 bucket design that uses 6x3mm round magnets but it could be a while before I need enough things to justify to going to the store, for now the bucket by @DanVystrcil_1418479 should be sufficient as long as you mirror it Print Settings : I printed with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.375 layer height but do whatever is best for you PETG without support or brim
