QB-4W Tripod Adapter 44mmx44mm

My tripod makes use of a QB-4W adapter which requires all 4 sides to be sloped, not just two. I loaded the original STL into tinkercad, performed a couple boolean operations to get the same slope, and preserved my dimentions on X and Y.
