Description

The Polar Cooler for Qidi Max4 has a condensation hose that dispenses water as it is running. After a few hours of running, I noticed a puddle on my bench top so I tried to design something that would catch the water and be easily emptied. Originally I designed it to attach to the back of the bench top so it would have enough slope to train and be out of the way. I ended up adding a few different sizes including a smaller one that doesn't require any parts and can simply sit on the desk/bench. I designed the containers to attach to the brackets with a "dovetail" type joint so the container can be easily removed and emptied. The tube connector also has the same fitting to keep it in place and allows the container to be removed without taking the tube off with the L (Large) and M (Medium) containers. The larger container uses "bracket 1" and has the option to bolt together with M4x8mm socket head screws and nuts. I found that the M (medium) and S (small) versions are the most convenient. Printed with PLA with supports. If you angle the tube connector there are only a few supports on the exterior and that keeps things way simpler than removing internal ones. Enjoy.
