Quick Filament Spool Clamp

ishikawats had a great way of quickly holding the filament in the spool (the Quick Filament Clamp ). Here, I present an alternative implementation of the idea. Printing Notes The width of the clamp should be around 5mm bigger than the actual spool opening. If the required size file is not listed, pick the next smaller one and scale up the width. During an accidental “drop test”, the clamp sprang out. The issue was resolved with two rubber bands wrapped around the clamp to provide extra grip Gary adding a foam pad to the bottom of his clamp to help hold the filaments in place.
