R'hllor lifted side rails

These are just some tweaked side rails for the R'hllor. They have been modified in order to add a couple of millimeters in height and improving compatibility with more accessories, like the Silly Shell carriers . Printing ad assembly are unchanged compared to the original ones, you can still use the same screws listed in the R'hllor's bill of materials
