Description
After trying out the fillet radius finder made by victornpb , I designed my own version. I didn't feel the need for 1mm and 2mm radiuses, and don't need it to fit inside a caliper case, so mine goes up to 15mm. I also made it double-sided, so that I don't have to read numbers upside down. The most important difference is that I didn't round off the points between radiuses. Instead, I've extended them, so that each radius straightens out for 1mm past the 90-degree point. I think this makes it easier to judge the fit, because the gauge can only sit flush to an object's corner when it's at a 45-degree angle.
