Raspberry Pi Pico Case Top V2 with Bootsel button

Added a cutout for quick access to the bootsel button and viewport for the on-board led. Led diffuser is optional and should be printed in something translucent (clear petg/pla e.g) and use superglue to mount it. Use original authors bottom piece to complete the case.
