Ratchet Strap Organiser

This is a remix of Andrew Roth's Ratchet Strap organiser. I liked the idea of the strap organiser, but wanted something more compact, so I re-modelled it with a shorter length. I also repositioned the stud so that the hook wouldn't rest past the length of the organiser with the shorter length.
