Description
Big thanks to Todd (05tb / Todd Burlington)! Your original Ravemen mount was a great starting point and really helped me out. I had a bit of trouble because the light is quite front-heavy. Combined with the potholes during my night rides, the mount kept tilting down and eventually even snapped. To fix this, I reinforced the structure and added a tilt-lock to the GoPro mount area. I used Tinkercad for the edits – my skills are still basic, but it works perfectly now! :) Print Settings: Printer: Ender 3 V2 Material: PETG (I highly recommend PETG or better for this, as it needs to handle the vibrations and pothole-conditions). I've attached two screenshots from Tinkercad. The parts highlighted in green show exactly where I reinforced the structure and added the tilt-lock mechanism. Tested and built with Ravemen PR 1200
