RC airplane balancer

This is a balancer for Remote Controlled Airplanes It is similar to the Great Planes balancer which is no longer available. I mad mine larger to allow balancing of planes up to 1/4 scale. I added a wing protector to protect coverings. I also added a method to secure the balance head while placing the airplane on the tool using shoulder bolts.
