RC Boat model motor mount upgrade

I printed this great model https://www.printables.com/model/531618-rc-boat-model by romcoromcoromco and decided to do a remix of the motor mount to allow for mounting the motor and gear before it goes into the boat. I found this fiddly and time consuming when doing a test fit and had the whole mount in and out many times whilst setting up the gears and shaft. I used the original motor mount and just split it horizontally to allow the base/shaft to be mounted, then the motor and gear to be assembled then installed. I also added elongated holes for mounting the 540 motor with +- 1.5mm from original height (3mm total). This allows for different gear ratios to be installed. To join the two sections I used some stainless M2 screws: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007932759006.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.10.4fe618020AzePS When printing, 4 layer walls were used to give the screws some ‘meat’ to bite into and also gives more strength around the shaft hole. Print them face down, no supports needed and infill around 35% Enjoy
