Description
As an ultra-long-distance cyclist, I was frustrated by my bike lights running out of battery mid-journey. The final straw came when the cops nearly fined me after my light lost power just 30 minutes before I got home, at the end of a 25-hour ride. That experience led me to build a solution with much longer battery life. I also used the remaining space to add an AirTag. For the mount, I used the one that came with the old light so feel free to design your own. Print Settings Layer height: 0.3 mm or lower Infill: 30% Material: use a durable, water- and UV-resistant filament such as ASA Supports: not required Bill of Materials 1× VIFLY Strobe , with the original battery removed 1× 18650 battery, to be soldered in place of the original battery. I used this one 1× Apple AirTag 2-4× M2 8mm screws
