Description

Introduction Inlay boxes for miniatures which are based on 40x20mm bases like Warmaster by GamesWorkshop. This inlay boxes are designed to fit into ReallyUseful Boxes ( https://www.reallyusefulproducts.co.uk/ ). Theses boxes come in various sizes. My inlays are designed to fit into 4Liter, 9Liter and 19Liter Boxes, which all have the same length and width and only differ in height. Attention! The ReallyUseull Box with the inlays won't protect your miniatures from fall damage. They are designed as a storange and transport solution and I use them all the time when I drive to a gaming convention or club by car. If you are not carefull and the box drops on to the floor or you havily shake the boxes, it is possible that parts of your miniatures bends or breaks! Please keep this in mind! Layers and Design I took the 4Liter Box and measured it and came to the conclusion to have inlays in three major heights as I wanted to fit into one 4Liter box three inlay boxes stacked onto eachother. So the heights are: 23mm (height of 1 layer and three inlay boxes fit into 4Liter box) 46mm (height of 2layers. One 46mm inlay and one 23mm inlay would fit into 4Liter box) 69mm (height of 3layers. Just the 69mm inlay would fit into a 4Liter box) There are some other heights: 34.5mm (height of 1.5 layers. Two 34.5mm inlays would fit into 4Liter box) 57.5mm (height of 2.5 layers. I do not recommend it for a 4Liter box as there would be a significant gab to the lid of the ReallyUsefull box. The 57.5mm height is designed for taller boxes like the 9Liter box) The ReallyUsefull box types ReallyUsefull boxes recommended: 4Liter fits 3layers of inlays 9Liter fits 6 layers of inlays 19Liter probably fits 12 layers, but I have not measured it.
