Recreator Head remix / reworked

Following a problem during an extrusion of a big thickness of pet (Spanish blue Pet bottle) the double pinion began to not turn round. I check drawing and the result is the bearing inside wheel got a 8mm Ø and the drawing 9+ so i reworlked it. In the meantime, the axe of guide broke then i leave following the esxtrusion and saw it was working. So i reworked all the head remix fan plate and put off the first fan of the nozzle. i tried to keep the spirit or JRT3D and use near only parts from Ender 3, the 3 aluminium profils 40. I used the profile 4040 which was chamfered to fix the profile 2020 (originally) to install the nozzle. I put pieces of PTFE underneath to avoid heat loss on the profiles. The nozzle is near aline with the big wheel a bit upper. I screwed the mini spool on the handle and i change the front ARM of the big wheel by the metal original ender 3 one (the arm hundle spool) Except the noise of the fans (alim + filament) we hear nothing more, its huge and really, its better direct like that You can cut profil as desired, i didnt cause i keep in mind to maybe at a time change this set up and use these profils for another project.
