Reddy RC car with roll cage.

I am making this car. I have most of it printed. I have made a roll cage. I made a different coupling for between primary gearbox and the rear diff case. I don't see any need to have the open one with screws. There was no provision for a servo saver so I made a file for that. (I will post photos) I made a pinion with a 5mm hole to fit my motor. It is a press fit. All the gears I made of PETG and the rest PLA. I will add details soon to show more about how this goes together. I am making a body to protect the innards with heat shrinking a 2 litre pop bottle and some clear lexan. The servo saver uses a piece of 2-56 rod with threads on one end. Drill a small hole to match the one printed in the rack. The shim under the steering rack is to close the backlash. I did some preliminary mock up work too. You can just squeeze a 3S battery in with the roll cage. I will make the center body quick removal. I put the cage together with M3 screws and crazy glue.
