Reid Boost Escooter handle bar adaptor to xiaomi M360

This Adapter is to convert a Reid Boost E-scooter handle bars to a xiaomi M365 style. I printed in white PLA 100% infill. I believe as this is just filling a small gap to secure the handle bar boss firmly it will be just fine longterm. I had recently broken my Reid e-scooter handle bars which resulted in the display becoming damaged. I was unable to find a replacement which led me to converting it to the popular xiaomi M365 handle bars and display. This whole conversion can be purchased from ali express ( I will link below) the only thing that didn't fit was the handle bar Boss / block. This adapter slots into the Reid vertical steering tube and holds the xiaomi boss/block snugly. you will then need to drill through the original Reid scooter mounting holes with a 5mm drill bit- into the new boss and secure it with 2x m5x45mm socket head bolts with nylon nuts. This results in a tight and secure mounting of the new handle bars with no play or slop. The rest of the conversion is just routing the new display cable through the scooter. Mounting the new accelerator and brake, swapping the fold up clamp and handle grips. The original brake light plug did not match up but can still be connected with any electrical connectors of your choice. the xiaomi main power connector on the control board is a xt30 and needs to be swapped to the original XT60 to connect easily (soldering these connectors is ideal) . all other connectors matched. Note - the 3 motor power wires are not colour matched to the xiaomi controller - if the motor does weird things when trying to accelerate, swap the colours around until it works correctly. parts- 2 very small screws are required for mounting the light which the kit does not include. 3x m6x15 for clamping the handle bars onto the boss.
