Reinforced bowling ball hole layout tool

Started from the awesome design thing:7167040 by u:Mitchiegan but with reinforcements so it doesn't wobble while printing or while using. Print with snug supports with a min supported overhang of 45º or even less and make sure you enable the "avoid curled overhangs" option in your slicer.
