remix dual color mushroom caps with connectors

I added a connection point directly to the glow in the dark caps that should fit the mushroom LED lamp stems by Nerdy_nikki. Please note this hasn't been printed yet so I haven't verified fit yet. The numbers in the files are the size % of the original glow caps. So “cap final 140” would be 140% the original size of the caps, keeping the connector the same size.
