Remix Lindh3D Table Saw Push Stick with Grip

Same stick Lindh3D designed with a taller handle and grip imprints for a better grasp. Also added a thumb rest making it easier to push down with thumb pressure. I hang my push sticks within reach so I added a large hole to hang it by the handle. The 10mm thick loaded as 7mm so I published 7mm and 10mm thick.
