Remix of Rear Betweeners for JCk1 Lid Riser

Description I had issues with the rear betweener not fitting nicely because of the extruder cable. I made the gap for the cable bigger while also extending the wall on the right side so that it fully slots with both lid risers on both sides of the betweener.
