Remix: Quick Reload Paper Towel Holder - Better Clearance

Pretty simple remix that adds a chamfer to the bottom of the roll rest portion so that the hinge does not fuse to itself and is easier to break free. As with the original model, print with the mounting ears facing up and the large flat area facing down, 100% fan, no supports.
